Poor poody-cat. A couple of years ago in the UK, a cat is left trapped in a waste bin. The woman who closed the lid was fined, but was the punishment enough? RSPCA thinks not. I’m more a dog fan myself, but respect a cat and he won’t come back to scracth your eyes out!
