Sneuro’s from Ottawa and his work has been published in quite a number of publications since 1995. He specializes in cartooning and loves to develop new characters such as Goldiepaws, Pearl and Marshmaloo.
As a freelance cartoonist-illustrator for more than fifteen years for weeklies (such as the Toronto Express), mags, children’s books and educational publications, Sneuro has made a lot of people smile and laugh. He has the creativity and the artistic ability to produce high quality single or multiple panel cartoons consistently and frequently.
Important social issues and personal experiences meet in Sneuro’s cartooned opinions. Awareness, tolerance, empathie and consciousness are among Sneuro’s values. A father of two wonderful boys and a cancer survivor, Sneuro’s bag of inspirations is practically bottomless, however health and education remain fields of choice. SNEURO IS A FIGHTER!
The last couple of years have been hellish for Sneuro. Already diagnosed with MS in 1998, he recently survived cancer treatments galore. And to add a twist to that rollercoaster, the doc tells him the chemo caused heart failure! All this in his forties!? Thank goodness for true family and friends throughout these ordeals. They pushed Sneuro back into cartooning and this blog. Cherish what you have and flourish from inside. Real acceptance of yourself will get you far!(Sneuro)
