Maple Sugar Time

I can almost taste them. Maple sugar treats! Head on down to your nearest maple sugar shack for a tasty snack. That good old maple syrup is good on anything. Let it ooze on pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and baked beans. It’s maple sugar time and everyone in the sugar bush is hard at work preparing your maple favorites. My number one treat is maple syrup on a stick, cooled off on a table of snow. Hold on! Watch out for the maple sugar bears. Don’t mess with them. They’re busy squeezing the sap out of the maple trees.
