When Kathleen Wynne was sworn in as both Prime Minister of Ontario and Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, she forgot to mention the word FOOD (in French: alimentation). The opposition had a field day with that glitch. Wynne, after finding a secret spot, was sworn in a second time to get it right.
